No minimum order quantity is required. We supply businesses of all sizes — from a 5-person startup to a 2,000-person security firm. Individual replacement orders for existing clients are also handled at no extra cost.
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. Our urgent production service delivers in 3–4 weeks at a 35% uplift. Kenya and South Sudan qualify for free delivery. Use our pricing calculator for exact estimates by country.
Yes — this is standard for all orders. We support embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and woven labels. Provide your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG) with your Pantone or hex colour codes. Our design team handles the rest.
Yes. For orders above KES 100,000, we provide a physical sample garment for your approval before full production. Includes your logo, colours, and fit specifications. Sample cost is deducted from your final invoice.
New clients: 50% deposit to begin production, balance before dispatch. Established clients may qualify for net-30 terms. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer (KES and USD), and mobile money for other EAC markets.
All client order records are retained permanently. When a new team member joins, contact your account manager with their size — we produce matching garments from your existing specifications. Reorders can also be placed directly from your client dashboard.
Every order passes quality inspection before dispatch. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we replace it at no cost within 14 days of delivery. WhatsApp us a photo and we arrange a replacement or credit on your next order.
